We resolve 90 Service Requests per day.

We resolve 450 Service Requests per week.

It’s very rewarding to reach milestones and consider where you were just a few years ago.

As a company, we’re increasing efficiency and are able to resolve more customer requests in a shorter period of time than at any point in our history.

450/Week!! That’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of emails! That’s a lot of different personalities working towards common goals.

And these aren’t automated fixes (that’s a different metric). These are Service Requests with actual time on them by real people.

We’re proud of who we are, the path we took to get here and what the future holds.

We’re known as technicians, engineers, gurus, and consultants. But really, we’re Customer Service folks. We serve our customers – and happen to work on some cool I.T. projects along the way.  : )
